Squash Grip: Do's and Don'ts
Squash is a game that is played indoors. It requires the players to play with a squash racquet and a squash ball. Squash is a high-intensity sport and demands a top level of fitness. Use an overgrip:
Like tennis players, squash players use the replacement grip with an overgrip combination. Doing so requires a perfect grip combination for the squash racquet that provides comfort and absorbs sweat.
Taking care of your nails:
Keeping your nails short is essential for any athlete. Players must not have long nails. In the case of women athletes, there could be a possibility that they flaunt long and fancy nails. However, if you are playing a sport that involves holding sporting equipment like a bat or racquet, it is pivotal to cut your nails short. Long nails can lead to injuries.
Having a strong grip despite sweat:
Players involved in sports requiring handling of any sporting equipment must have a hand grip or GripStrong cream in their kit bags. It is also known as antiperspirant cream. These creams keep the sweat from accumulating on the palms that hold the sporting equipment. In the case of squash, players play holding squash racquets.
