Excellent product. From the moment you open the package you get a refreshing fragrance of the Epsom salt. Added 2 cups of the product in warm water and till the end of the process, you feel good about this product. Must have product for people who get muscle swelling or soreness post workout or run and want to recover from it. Seems like it's suitable for all age group as you can see in the video, my mother is a fan of it 😅

Used Elment Epsom salt post run of around 14kms, it's really has a rejuvenating and relaxing effect on feet. Had a foot soak in hot water for about 25 min.. was much needed...a must buy for anyone who does any kind of sports. Post workout relaxing therapy!!
