Shipping Policy

  • After your order is confirmed it is packed and shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of you placing the order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking ID.
  • Your order should reach you within 7 working days under normal circumstances.
  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be escalated to the support team care@elemntlife.com within 24 hrs of the product received by the customer.

Returns Policy

We’re sure you’ll never want to return a Pure Sense product except in an unfortunate event that the product you’ve received is damaged/wrong. In such a case:

• Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Simply contact us via email care@elemntlife.com with your order number and attach a photo of the invoice & product to be returned.

• We will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange to ship a freshly packed order to you as we intended the first time.

In case you do not want the product anymore (due to manufacturing defects):

Prepaid orders: We will refund the order value via the payment gateway.

COD orders: We will send you a coupon worth the order value via email which can be used on our website for any other purchase.
